Tikka Master Sporter in .308, help adjusting stock and mount bipod please.
Hi, I recently acquired a Tikka Master Sporter in .308 Winchester. Looks like a nice rifle, just mounted a scope to it after purchasing the Optilock rings.
The rifle came with no paperwork so i called Beretta but they only had a generic sheet that didn't really show the specifics of that model's stock adjustments.
I was wondering if the comb is adjustable for right and left or only up and down. Also are the buttstock spacers adjustable for can't/twist? If so what type of tool would you use to remove the spacer/recoil pad…i can see little holes but don't know what to try (a screw driver, a hex key etc), don't want to bugger up the pad, they're pretty small holes. And one last question, how does one mount a bipod to the European (Anschutz?)type rail.
Really interested in learning more about the rifle and how to optimize.

I just bought an M 595 myself and had the same questions. Did you ever receive any help with your questions? I can't find a scope mount or butt spacers. thanks for info

i know it’s an old post but figured i’d update it:
1)to adjust the recoil pad on the m595 master sporter:
3mm hex screw through recoil pad
5mm hex screw underneath recoil pad to adjust cant, elevation
2) To add a picatinny rail, these options work nicely: <b style=”font-family: inherit; font-size: inherit;”>Atlas BT28: AccuShot AFAR Kit

or the Magpul MOE adapter
