TIKKA ACTION LENGTH QUESTION
I am fairly new to Tikka rifles. A year ago I bought a T3x TAC A1 which out of the box is pretty much perfection.
Last week I picked up a new Tikka T3x Varmint in .223 REM. Not being a big fan of tupperware stocks I ordered a Manners PRS1TK stock for it. Not being well versed in the Tikka line I was under the impression that being a .223 it was a short action. Then I read somewhere that the T3x is only long action. Looking at the factory magazine I think that might be true. Can someone verify that Tikka T3x’s are long action only ?

Yes one action length ,the bolt stop is were the long and short action come into play .Hope this helps . 😉
