I wish I had more chances to hunt, hopefully as the boys age, I used a factory 168gr fusion, they seem to shoot fantastic out of most of my rifles! I have started reloading (the 4-5yr old makes it TOUGH!) I started with 5.56, getting into 6.8spc and 308 this winter then will begin with the 300wsm but that is my rifle of choice for any game bigger then a coyote. I love that gun, they are a steal compared to the competition.

Great looking rifles Twins. I sure wist there were more of them floating around. Dog Down you ask me if had loaded any of the brass you sent me and I have loaded it but not made it to the range. Twins I am glad to hear your gun likes the 165s. I have loaded 168 Berger HVLD to try in my WSM looking forward to trying them soon.

I can't wait to get some nice handloads in mine as well! The fusion ammo 165gr has been very good in my 300wsm and 308 (ruger GSR) I have some spendy $$$ 180gr I'm going to put through the WSM soon just to see how it likes that. I would prefer to keep it 165-168gr in both rifles so I have 1 projectile for all my .30cal

Your not missing anything….you can find them advertised as per your link at multiple gun dealers but they are not in stock anywhere.
They are on back order everywhere…good luck waiting for another shipment.

Sweet rifle! I have seen several 300 win mags and 338 mags (used) for sale at cabelas in elk river MN. They were camo with synthetic stocks mostly, bore hunter models? I think. I bet folks bought em and found out a light magnum kicks like a mule.

Correct yukonal, Rogers it is, my bad!
I was keen to attend as a spectator on the shoot near there this spring but I'm so busy doing my crop stuff I could not attend. Look for Cabellas and you might be close lol.

Thanks guys! I know they are available over seas/out of country. I guess what I was really wondering if the story of “1500” only was true and it seems it must be. I still haven't found one for sale anywhere online that was actually attainable at any price…maybe I'll get lucky and find a 3rd one! Sure would like one in 25-06 or 7mm-08 for the boys!

Hey guys been a long time! Still would like to purchase a hunter SS fluted if anyone's selling. In the meantime I picked up a new T3 lite in 30-06, loves fusions so far.
