Removing raised cheek piece on a Varmint/Super-Varmint stock
How do you remove the raised cheek piece on a Varmint/Super-Varmint stock? I'd like to see if I could modify this to make the cheek piece adjustable?

I couldn't find any way to do it other than drilling out the plastic plug in the center top. There's a phillips screw under it holding the cheek piece to the stock.
