Brief, but satisfying Tikka romance!
Bought my one-and-only Tikka in September, .223 Varmint. Installed Ernie spring. Beautiful rifle that's a tackdriver.
Zounds, recently decided to move from a rural area to the metro Atlanta area. Won't be doing any varmint hunting now, so sold the Tikka couple of days ago locally, including rail and rings, for $700. Had about 50 rounds downrange.
Don't like to sell guns, and this was painful. Also sold 3 Glocks, painlessly. -

oh, man, I think I would have kept the guns and made a point to go out shooting once in a while. Sounds like you had a sweet shooter.

I'm not giving up shooting, but will shoot indoors mostly. Still have plenty of guns.
