First Tikka
Hey everyone, new to Tikkas and new to the forum. I picked up my first Tikka the other day from a friend. I couldn't turn down an unfired Tikka for 500.00. I got it home and did a little research into the model since I didn't recognize it. From what I can gather, I picked up an unfired near mind condition Tikka M695 for 500.00. All I can find online tells me this is a pretty good deal, what does everyone else think? Anyone else own one of these and have any recommendations?

I have one in 30-06 that I picked up for $400. It was neglected and needed some TLC. The thing shoots lights out but it does kick a bit. A limb saver helps a lot. My next thing will probably be a muzzle brake.
My recommendation: Shoot it!

Yeah I still need to buy a scope and mount for it and possibly a bipod. It's almost too pretty to shoot.
