Does one stock fit both the short actions & long actions.

Yes. The T3 are all built on the same action. They just use different bolt stoppers.

I sold one to a guy on eBay who upon receipt said it wouldn't fit.
He has a T3 M895.Ideas?

Never heard of a Tikka T3 M895.
My guess is his action was not a Tikka T3.
