If a Tikka has ben rebarled,is it still a Tikka? I have a Douglas 6.5 Creedmoore on a T3.

Sure. I'd still consider it a Tikka.

No recoil, 4in groups at 700 yds. I love it.

Still a Tikka but when comparing it to some other make and your say how much more accurate it is you have to disclose it has a different barrel.
When you get a new barrel and true up the action it falls into the semi custom category.
