Recommended gunsmith list.
Since this is a new forum, I think it'd be a good idea to have a list of Gunsmiths our members have used to work on their tikka's and a brief summary of how they did for you. I've just got my M695 back from Randy's Custom Rifles & Rebarreling in Wyoming. I shipped the barreled action off on July 8th of this year. He installed a Fluted 26″ barrel, fluted the bolt, and coated the barreled action for $830 shipped. and i had it back in 19 days!!!!!that is unreal. I've yet to shoot it since my stock from mcmillan will take 4 months. and my scope is on back order. but overall i'd give randy a A-. I say A- because the flutes aren't exactly straight, there is some wavering. And there is a tad of clumping in the finish. but for a Shillen Match barrel to be put on in 19 days and back to you is amazing. And from what i've heard, he makes some real shooters.

I think this is a great idea since Tikka Smiths are hard to come by.
Currently, I'm having Devin at Sin-Arms build a gun for me in 338 Sin.
One of the other members here is doing a profile on Underground Skunk Works here in Montana. They built an amazing .260 for him recently.
