Wow, those do look like a over-charge. Was the ammo you were going to fire getting rained on so that you might have put a wet case into the chamber? This may have reduced the volume of the case which could cause an increase in pressure. Although, as I write this I think of our mil guys swimming along with their rifles – so I dunno.
I had an over-charged load in my T3 in 22-250 once and it blew out the primer. I was really worried that I had ruined the rifle but that darn thing still shoots great. You'll want to check out your own situation but I think you're fine.
