Like Dave said, it all depends on what you are looking to hunt, or if you are just looking to target shoot and do some long range shooting; which the Tikka T3 is excellent for. If $1100, which is a good bit, is your top of line, you shouldn't have any trouble putting together a nice little setup. Especially if you pay cash for the rifle, which will lower your cost by a couple hundred dollars.
