Official Tikka website (US) seems to say 6.5CM is part of their configuration, so hopefully 6.5CM will be a regular configuration and not limited.

Seems like Lapua said they will start to make brass for 6.5 CM starting next year as well. 6.5 CM will become a big market in US. I don't see why this rifle should be limited quantity. Hopefully Tikka will realize this.
