    The color on the stock is molded in from McMillan. I believe it was 45% OD, 35% Black, 20% Brown; I'd have to check and see the exact percentages though.

    Well, I picked her up today  🙂

    I didn't get to the range, but we did test feeding and it seems to feed just fine; occasionally not picking up the last round in the mag, not a big deal to sort out.

    So I don't have a range report yet, but here she is…

    UPDATE

    I just spoke with my smith, and he is amazed, lol. As Jeff stated, the mag was left as is and after proper fitment of the DBM to the stock, the rifle was assembled. Guess what… it feeds and functions!!! We are amazed as neither of us honestly thought the setup would function with the mag not actually in the action; but it works.

    I will be heading down to pick up my rifle today, then heading to the range to test the new build… pictures to follow…
