The quoted price i have got this far is that if i let them produce 10 pcs or more the price is 226USD/pc. Making only 5pcs (minimum number they will accept) raises the price to 250usd/pc.
Then it is in the white and will need som sanding/smoothing to proper finish before bluing.
Have one more person that is going to check with friends, if we get 5 people in on it i will let them make that as a first series, then i can post pictures of a finished product instead of just ideas. really hoping i can find 3 more people interested, at least we will have a unique thing on our rifles if nothing less.

Steel is stronger, and i would change some of the things all aftermarket producers of triggerguards for some reason make a mess of, the holes for the stock screws.
Steel withstands wear and tear way better than aluminum. My idea is for a design that is as original instead of the tactical look on the triggerguard that all others make, fine if you want a bottommetal that uses aics mags and go for the tactical look, but on a stock rifle with stock magazine the tactical look, well, its out of place. I hunt 99,9% of my time i snow conditions and havent yet found that a bigger triggerguard is necesseray, if the gloves are that big that they dont fit in, well then i will never feel the trigger neither.
Aluminum is way cheaper than steel to build from. So pricepoint is that a steel bottom metal will loose that fight.
