Thanks for the info and advice. I just bought a pic rail, recoil lug, bolt shroud, and action screws from the Tikka Store. I should be set!

How much of an issue is the height from adding a rail vice using the factory rings? My rings are low height.

Would these bases work? I use Burris Signature Series Zee rings.
