A hair dryer will work fine, heat gun is better but need to be careful.</p>

I have no experience with 6.5&#215;55.</p>

Accuracy didnt change a bit. You were asking about a t3 lite action in a m40 stock I found some pics on facebook site called tikka t3 rifles, you might want to look at those.</p>
