I purchased a used Sporter that had an etched bolt face like yours.  The etching is probably not deep enough to cause any performance issues but obviously, you need to find the cause of your blown primers. Sorry, I forgot to add that the 5 shot, 1.5″ group was at 300 yards.
I did shoot factory Federal ammo(20 rounds) and NO misfires. 
I was able to get some Federal 210M primers so I will try those and yes, the Remington primers were seated at the proper depth.  Thanks for the input. 

Most of the time to 300yds for reduced Palma matches but occasionally to 800 for metal targets.  Thanks
