Jason, do you think the rem 700 style lugs your doing will work better then the gen 2  recoil lugs u got now?

Sorry is that what blue printing / truing the action up? I'm really new to this stuff. What I'm looking for is making my tikka into a long range hunting rifle out to 8-900 yards rifle?
