I have shot this rifle myself and tried to help out with it. Cleaned it, shot it, cleaned it a lot and then shot it. Its just a nut job. No pinch points till that spot under the barrel where they have that one half moon where the barrel touches. I own 2 T3 lites and they both have them and shoot well that half moon spot still hitting the barrel.

I checked his action screws and re torqued a couple different times to see if any difference, none. Shooting at a range with  a good solid rest front and back.
