Since the Super Varmint comes with picatinny rail they probably don't include the optilock rings 🙂

Contacted Tikka,you are 100% correct–no rings supplied  with Picatinny rail on Super Varmint rifles!!

Thanks to Yukonal  for offer of rings but I am in Australia & postage could be pricey.
