I have one, shot it today as a matter of fact.
for those who don't know, these tikka's have a rail on them, I mounted a leupold vx 6 2-12 on it.

half inch groups today at the range.

I have one, I am pretty sure it is a deep bluing, not painted or covered stainless. took mine out today, shoots just like my other tikka. this one come with a rail and sights, which is why I wanted it.
