You were bang on buddy (pun intended).  Awsome videos!!!! 
When I got my Tikka, I just centered the scope on the game reapers and went shooting.  Now I have way better eye alignment with my cheek firmly seated. About 5/16″ of leather did the trick.  Cant wait to get to the range again!

Just for future reference, anyone searching the archives……. The low mount is a no go with my scope.  The parallax adjustment on the end bell makes the scope a few mm larger than your typical plain bell.  Medium was perfect.
