Well the Federal 140 grain Partitions will not work. First group was 2.5 inches. Second group was 2.75. Wanted these to work as I like the Federal ammo and the Partition bullets.

Welcome and nice rig and  I like the DNZ mounts !
I have never owned a 7RM so can't help there but imagine it kicks a bit in the super light.  For deer, the lighter bullets should be effective and reduce recoil.
