Yeah, I thought about that. Fortunately, the chassis I have now works great. I was just wondering if members where using other Tikka barreled actions , beside the CTR, to build another rifle ? But, yes, keeping it isn't a bad idea…

Thanks. Hopefully it wasn't beginners luck !!' All in all, I'm extremely pleased with Tikka. Now that hunting season begins, I need/want a new rifle….. I'm thinking about a Tikka t3 laminate stainless in either .270 win. or staying with .308 win. !!!???

10-4. I've actually already found a few answers to some technical stuff. For example,  the AICS mags. marking cases. I actually polished the feed lips with some polymer dummy rounds and fixed the problem right away. Nice to have access to sites like these !!!

Thank you sir. So I went and installed the rifle on a KRG WHYSKEY 3 gen 5 chassis. I have absolutely no experience shooting a scoped rifle. I'm happy to report this rig was able to shoot a .44 group at 100 yds. with FGMM 168 gr.  Extremely happy with set up. Hopefully I can gets pictures up.
