They are on very tight and also have a thread locker on them. I first heat the barrel directly in front of the action loosen the lock Tite. I then set it up in the lathe and do a relief cut in front of the action. Then put it in a barrel vice to screw it off. <p>Half inch or better with the Bergers and 5/8 -7/8 with the 70 gr TSX</p>

New Pictures!</a></p> <div class="bb-content-inr-wrap"><p>Well we found some screws and got the barrel off! Set the new rifle up in the lathe and made a relief cut right in front of the action, heated up the barrel and burned out the lock Tite, screwed right out! Would have liked to save the new barrel, but had to move on. </p>
