Yea you might get a doughnut, but this won’t happen in less than what? 6-8 reloads min? Your primer pockets will relax long before you need to deal with reaming necks due to “doughnuts” if your loading hot enough to worry.
I say this without scientific evidence. If I’m wrong I apologize , but the doughnut occurs when target shooters re-use cases numerous times and neck size.
Use bushing dies as you like, if you see a problem near The neck (doghnut) then just full length resize and anneal.
The doughnut thing is not a problem for most shooters even competition.
