I guarantee that new Tikka of yours shoots like a laser.
Hunter stocks are nothing special but the bolts are slick and the rifles shoot like a million.
You are not going to find many complainers in regards to tikka rifles on this forum I'm afraid.
Maybe try a Ruger forum?Lots of after market support if you need to upgrade.
