Have you tried looking for a 223 LH Varmint?
If Mountain Tactical can't get you a rifle,…Cleaver Firearms will have it but you will pay little more for it.
They normally have both left and right hand 223 stainless varmints in stock.I emailed Cleaver they don't export to the US so it looks like I may have to have someone build one for me.
