I’ve already sent it to tikka. They said the crown was fine although the residue at the end of the barrel from the shots isn’t even and I wrote in the letter I included when sending the gun in that the crown didn’t seem write. From what I’ve gathered from sending it back and talking to customer service is that I’m pretty much stuck with what ever I bought. I’m going to try sending it back again and hopefully they will address the bolt issue. I argued with them on the phone for over 20 minutes and they said they don’t have federal ammo and it would have to wait until they had federal ammo but no idea how long that take because they only use what ever ammo is sent to them. It was a very odd conversation. I honestly don’t think they are going to do anything about it but I’m going to exhaust all options before selling it or having some one do the repairs that should be covered under warranty. I’m just very confused by the entire situation. If anyone has any advice on getting tikka to resolve the issues or something I can do myself to fix it please let me know
