Now that the Berserker stock is available for $600 or so, I tend to agree with the CTR choice. The magazine advantages and the price difference make an aftermarket stock a cost effective choice. I bought a Sightron SIII in 8-32 when SWFA had their Black friday sale for less than $700 and I am impressed with it's quality. If you want higher magnification on a budjet this might be a good option.
