You might think I'm an idiot but I love Trump. He's a business man and he knows how to get things done. You won't see him take a back seat from his belief's. I hope he continues to clean the swamp. As far as my employer's customer service was concerned; if one of my customer service rep's couldn't solve the problem on the phone, the customer was guaranteed new hardware shipped within 24 hours within the United States. That is superb customer service. If I didn't manage my department to the companies standards, it would have been me that was fired. I also have a degree in Business Management, so Mr.TxDarren, I think you need to be better educated. This isn't how we do business in the United States.
