I regret my reply here won’t solve your problem. What I can say is this.
There are many T3x CTR owners who absolutely love their CTR’s. A new CTR 6.5 Creed owner, I am one. IMHO – because there’s something definitely wrong with your rifle – I would submit a very strong request that they take care of this STAT. Legal of it comes to that. You have every right to expect them to correct this situation. Personally…I would ask them to replace the rifle…NOT try to fix it.
