I seem to have the same problem. The Tikka t3x varmint stock only touches the barrel on one side. I tried the s&b factory bullet and was getting half moa groups for five shots.Should I grind the stock at the point of contact with a dremel? On the right side the paper does not go through, while on the left it goes all the way.
