I don’t mean to suggest there’s an inherent design/ manufacturing problem with Tikka rifles or specific to Tikka rifles. The issue of sticking 6.5 PRC cases seems to run the gamut of rifle brands AND dies. Further, the guys that are hand reaming and, in my opinion, irrevocably modifying their rifle are missing the point: A design deficiency of the 6.5 PRC cartridge and/ or reloading die.
