In my opinion the Tikka T3 is the best factory rifle for the money. All of mine have shot 1 moa or less with factory ammo. If you reload they will do better. I to was concerned about the plastic bottom metal, bolt shroud and mags. But I have never had a problem. But once its bedded it is rock solid. </p>
