One of the best rifles I've shot.  It's shoots half MOA or less out of the box.

Glad you able to find the problem.  Sometimes we get a bad scope. I've always had great accuracy
with my Tikka's they all shoot sub MOA.  You might try some 168gr ammo they shoot really good in mine.
